Modifying building levels

Utilize the Level List tools under the Building Settings section to easily add, remove, and duplicate building levels.

Adding new levels

You can add extra levels to an existing or newly created building.

  1. Select the building in the scene.

  2. Navigate to Building Gen > Building Settings > Level List and select the level position you want to add the new levels to.

  3. After you have selected the building level, click the plus icon and the Add Level panel will appear.

  4. In the Add Level panel, select your desired settings.

  5. Click the Add button to add levels to your selected building.

Note:

  • The newly added levels will be stacked on top of your currently selected building level.
  • When adding new levels with Keep Structure enabled, the new levels will retain the default structure and associated props of the selected level. However, custom props and other assets manually loaded into Selected Item or Child Elements will not be included.
  • While adding different building styles is possible, please be aware of potential conflicts with unit scales and styles.

Duplicating selected levels

You can duplicate existing levels of a building.

Duplicating a single level

Select a building in the scene.

  1. Navigate to Building Gen > Building Settings > Level List and select the level you want to duplicate.
  2. Click the Duplicate button to clone the level.

Duplicating multiple levels

  1. Select a building in the scene.

  2. Navigate to Building Gen > Building Settings > Leve List, hold down the Ctrl key, and select the desired entries in the Level List.

  3. Click the Duplicate button to clone the levels.

  • The newly duplicated levels will be stacked on top of the highest selected level.
  • Duplicated levels include all the custom props loaded in the Selected Items and Child Elements of the target levels.

To remove building levels, hold down the Ctrl key, select the entries in the Level List, and click on the trash icon.
